Isabel Pedraza

Isabel Pedraza

Isabel is a Professor at the Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP). She has collaborated with three of the biggest international experiments for particle and astroparticle physics: Pierre Auger, ATLAS and CMS. She is currently the RPC Upgrade Coordinator and the deputy Team Leader for her university. She is also working on searches for charged Higgs bosons.

As member of the Academic and Technical Committee of the Mexican Supercomputing Network, she is also deeply involved in high-performance computing, machine learning and parallel programming, among other related topics. She also enjoys to take part in outreach activities. She is currently part of the Art Steering Panel for the art@CMS programme.
